ConversionOS Refund Policy

ConversionOS is sold as a recurring monthly software subscription billed in USD through Paddle (merchant of record).

If you are unsatisfied, contact support@pulsepages.app within 14 days of your initial purchase and we will review a refund request in good faith.

After the initial 14-day window, charges are generally non-refundable for the active billing period unless required by law. You can cancel any time to prevent renewal for the next billing cycle.

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and may take several business days to appear depending on your payment method and bank.
